One Card. Two Benefits*

Elderplan is pleased to provide our members with one simple card to access your OTC allowance and Flex spending benefit. The combined Elderplan OTC+Flex Card offers a convenient way to use your benefits for a variety of purchases, both in-person and online, as well as to help cover eligible out-of-pocket expenses you might incur.

Your OTC Benefit allows you to purchase health-related items, and for eligible members1, it may provide rent/mortgage assistance, bill payment, groceries, community rides and meals. Meanwhile, your Flex Benefit can be used to pay additional out-of-pocket expenses incurred on dental, vision, hearing, and fitness. And depending on plan, certain copays.

Managing Your OTC/Flex Benefits

Access the OTC+Flex Member Portal at mybenefitscenter.com to manage your OTC and Flex benefits in one simple place. You’ll be able to:

  • Check your OTC balance
  • Check your Flex balance
  • See your purchase history
  • Find a participating retailer (in person or online) by clicking on the “locations” tab.
  • Order OTC items, healthy food and home-delivered meals if eligible.
